So comic con was the single coolest con I've ever been to, mostly because I got to meet lots of really awesome people (i was like twenty feet away from Whedon and my inner buffy almost fainted) and get many many free things because I have very large... brains...
I've been to a million cons. True, most are magic cons, and there's very little good to be said about magicians (they're worse than teenage girls in the drama department) but still. And it was certainly better than Marcon, the sci fi con with one of the highest pedo to nerd ratios known to man, and barely one upped context. context is a special case though; it's smaller, more literary minded and generally has some really awesome guests.
I have to say this.
My breasts have been approved by Howard Chaykin.
I'm not kidding.
I have a whole new level of respect for my body now.

Dave Gibbons is really awesome, by the way. He signed my pic of the owl. If i were a superhero, i'd totally be one that eats small rodents and then poops their skeletons for use in elementary schools.

so i no play wow until i get my first grade card back but i can live. I've discovered Edgar Rice Burroughs. He's the shit. He is like Heinlein meets Jules Verne and h g Wells.

Comic con was amazing. I would love to go next year, but I'd better find someone else to pay for it, cause I'm all tapped. College is gonna be pricey...
